Our istrian malvasia is skinfermented for nearly 200 days, which guarantees a high quality. We produce 12.000 bottles on an annual basis.
The wine is rich in fruity and floral notes
The wine is fresh, mineral and delicate, and the scents are again reproduced on the palate, with a slight predominance of the fruity flavours. Despite the harmony and the delicacy, there is a long aftertaste.
A genuine love for perfection
My experience in the vineyard has always been a signal for me to transfer it into the bottle. This was my drive. Everything we do in the vineyard is transformed into wine. And that's all.
