Bouquet

Floral from rose petals, muscat grapes. Plum skin, wilde berries and rosehip emerge, making way for black tea and forrest soil

Taste

This dry wine is simultaneously aromatic, fruity and soft. The tannins are barely noticeable, with emerging rose petals. Airy, easy to drink, but at the same time deep with a flavour of dark fruits. It culminates in cinnamon and mushrooms.

Cured meats, ham, spicy salami, delicate meat dishes with herbal and peppery sauces, pastas with black truffle
