straw yellow with golden and green glow
Bouquet
It starts with with mature peaches, along with minerals, a lively freshness and intense citric scent. Later unfolds into scents of fermented apple cider
Taste
The freshness and the minerality are immediately followed by sensations of opulence and juiciness which fill the palate. At the same time savoury and sweet, it remids of mature yellow apples and almonds. - This wine is light but at the same time vibrant and lingering.

Cold starters of raw fish, 'savor' sardines, raw shellfish, grilled or roasted whitefish, fish pateé, rich fish stews
