Bouquet
The fruitiness comes from raspberries, blueberries, plum skins. What follows are ripe cherries, slight cinnamon notes, cedar and coffee. The purity and the variety of scents point to the complexity and the quality of the wine
Taste
Initally warm, round and fruity, yet fresh with a peppery finale; the subtle tannines form the backbone, and plums and ripe cherries, together with cinnamon and chocolate dominate on the palate. The pleasant aftertaste is one of cocoa with black pepper with hints of coal

Grilled red meat, veal and venison in dark sauces, roasted lamb
